Mr. Mills is Managing Principal and an owner of Consulting Services in Hollis, New Hampshire, a firm that for nineteen years has assisted clients with strategic decisions relative to the selection, implementation, and profitable exploitation of information technology. He has earned three degrees at MIT, where he later served both as senior faculty and in senior administration including serving as founding Assistant Director of the Laboratory for Computer Science and later assuming campus-wide responsibility for all MIT computing facilities and services. Mr. Mills gained entrepreneurial experience as one of two owners of a small Waltham, Massachusetts, consulting and contract programming firm, Data Processing, Inc., which he later took public. During twelve years in several positions as a senior officer of Citibank in New York, Mr. Mills was the executive responsible for all systems development, operations, and technology research and development, also serving as technology adviser to the Vice-Chairman. His other experience includes work for RAND Corporation and the General Electric Company and service as a pilot in the Strategic Air Command, United States Air Force. |
