Mr. Keller was elected Vice President Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Hillenbrand effective August 4 2005. He had served as Executive Director Controller of Hill-Rom since March 2004 and as Director Financial Planning and Analysis of Hillenbrand from May 2002 to March 2004. Prior to joining the Company Mr. Keller served as a Director in the Audit and Business Advisory Services group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. |
