Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company RICHARD G. DOOLEY has been a Director of Jefferies Group Inc. since November 1993. From 1978 until his retirement in June 1993 Mr. Dooley was Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company. Mr. Dooley is currently a consultant to MassMutual. Mr. Dooley is also a director of Kimco Realty Corporation (since 1990) ITGI (since 1996) and various MassMutual sponsored investment companies. Mr. Dooley is also a trustee of Saint Anselm College and Chairman of the Board of The New England Education Loan Marketing Corporation. Mr. Dooley is Chairman of the Board's Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit and Corporate Governance and Nominating Committees. |
