Richard Hobbs joined Sensient Technologies in 1973 as Assistant Tax Manager. During his long career with the company, he has held a number of senior management positions, including Division Controller, Assistant Corporate Controller, Assistant Treasurer, Treasurer, and Vice President and Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President, Administration, in 1994 and to Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer in April 2000. Shortly thereafter, he was promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Sensient, Mr. Hobbs was a senior auditor at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Hobbs, a CPA, holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an MBA from Marquette University.
