Description of Practice:
Richard Stinehart is a real estate partner in the firm's Orange County office. Mr. Stinehart has a broad base of real estate experience in representing financial institutions, lenders and developers. He has also represented numerous financial institutions in connection with the acquisition of investment properties and loan portfolios, and has extensive experience in guiding clients through all aspects of real estate development, including without limitation, acquisition, entitlement, construction, leasing, financing and disposition.
Educational History:
Mr. Stinehart received his B.A., magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of California, Irvine in 1978. He earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California in 1982 where he was honored with the Order of the Coif. |
