Richard E. Dobry, Jr. was named Vice President of Technical Services in September 2005. Mr. Dobry is responsible for identifying and cultivating major growth initiatives within TSG. He also oversees technical operations. Mr. Dobry joined TSG in January 2004 as Director of Sales Engineering.

Prior to joining The Signature Group, Mr. Dobry spent ten years at Expanets Mid Atlantic (now Avaya). During his tenure at Expanets MidAtlantic, Rich Dobry held many senior management positions such as Director of Converged Technology, Vice President & General Manager, Vice President of Business Solutions, and Director of Consulting Services. Rich Dobry's proven track record of revenue growth and recruiting and hiring technical sales and engineering support staff was instrumental in growing the Expanets Mid Atlantic division from $1 million in sales to over $10 million.

Rich Dobry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Technology from Capitol College, where he graduated with honors.
