Mr. Cooper co-founded Strategic Growth International, Inc. in 1989, after completing 15 years of senior management experience at Salomon Brothers Inc. Mr. Cooper is personally involved in Investor Relations strategies for every SGI client. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, financing, repositioning, crisis management etc. As a Managing Director in corporate finance for 5 years at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Cooper held various management responsibilities in both the firm's fixed income and corporate finance departments. Mr. Cooper was responsible for the coverage of such major clients as the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the State of New York and senior coverage provided to the governments of Pakistan, Israel, Thailand and Turkey. Prior to his appointment at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Cooper held financial positions at such major corporations as General Foods, Kennecott Copper and Federated Department Stores.
