Richard E. Aho formed Mile Marker, Inc., in 1984 to produce and market a series of new products in the automotive market. In 1980, Mr. Aho founded 4X4 Savings, Inc., a predecessor of Mile Marker, Inc. to sell a cost-saving product that was designed for the 4-wheel drive segment of the automotive industry. Mr. Aho became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on December 28, 1993. Mr. Aho's expertise is in engineering research, new product design and development and contract manufacturing negotiations. He has received numerous U.S. and foreign patents on Mile Marker products. |
