Mr. Tomsick is of counsel in the Cleveland office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Mr. Tomsick received his undergraduate degree from Case Western Reserve University and law degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Law. He concentrates his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including shopping center development and retail, office and mixed-use leasing. Mr. Tomsick is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Real Property Law Section of the Cleveland Bar Association, and the Real Property Law Section and the Agricultural Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Cleveland International Piano Competition and heads its Individual Development Committee. He has served as chairman of the annual ICSC's Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan Real Estate Law Symposium and has been a member of its planning committee for several years. Mr. Tomsick teaches several undergraduate courses in the Legal Studies program at Ursuline College and is a member of the North American Patristics Society. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the US District Court (Northern District of Ohio), US Court of Appeals (Sixth and Seventh Circuits), and the US Tax Court. |
