Since October 2006, Richard D. Rose has served as Cyveillance’s Chief Financial Officer with overall management responsibilities for the company’s finance, accounting and administrative operations. Mr. Rose brings more than thirty years of financial and business management experience to Cyveillance, including over 8 years of service as the CFO for both publicly traded and privately held technology organizations. Most recently, he was the president and owner of a direct marketing and printing company. During his tenure with the company, he grew revenues by 178%, restructured the company to maintain profitability and expanded the product line to increase available services to the existing customer base. Previously, Mr. Rose served as the chief financial officer of Sonus Communications, Inc., a start-up telecommunications company and oversaw the IPO process. Prior to that he served as chief financial officer of Chart Works, Inc, a venture backed software start-up and chief financial officer of Netrix Corp., a publicly traded manufacturer of data switching equipment. Earlier in his career, Mr. Rose was employed by Penril DataComm Networks, Inc as corporate controller, vice president of finance and CFO for the publicly-traded manufacturer of data communications equipment; and the public accounting firm Arthur Andersen & Co. Rose holds a B.S. in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Ithaca College. |
