Dr. Hamill has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining AutoGenomics in 2000, Dr. Hamill co-founded Hycor Biomedical, Inc. During his 15 year tenure as Chairman, President and CEO, Hycor grew profitably through new product developments and the integration of five strategic acquisitions. Three years before forming Hycor, Dr. Hamill founded a consulting firm which provided advice and assistance in manufacturing systems, quality and regulatory programs to over 25 companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostic industries. Dr. Hamill also held senior management positions at Baxter Laboratories and G.D. Searle & Co. Dr. Hamill received B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in pharmacy from the University of Utah. |
