Richard B. Tucker, Jr. graduated from Rutgers University in 1967 (B.A. "with distinction") and the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1974 (J.D.). He has over 25 years of experience in the general practice of law and is licensed in the States of Florida and New Jersey. Throughout his career, Richard has concentrated his practice in the areas of matrimonial, personal injury, civil litigation, real estate and condominium law. In addition, he is active in the Family Law Section of the Middlesex County Bar Association and Community Associations Institute, serving on both the Membership and Education committees. |
