Richard B. Marchese has served as a member of our board since May 2005. He served as vice president finance, chief financial officer and treasurer of Georgia Gulf Corporation since 1989 before retiring at the end of 2003. Prior to 1989, Mr. Marchese served as the controller of Georgia Gulf Corporation, and prior to that he served as the controller of the Resin Division of Georgia-Pacific Corporation. Mr. Marchese is a member of the board of directors of Quality Distribution Inc. and a member of the board of managers of Quality Distribution LLC. |
