His specific industry experience includes consumer products and retail, diverse manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, technology, communications, non profit and energy.
Mr. Smith is a highly-effective customer relationship manager recognized for his ability to translate customer needs into value-added solutions. A perceptive listener and creative problem solver with a bias for action, his easy-going nature with candidates and clients enables him to quickly build rapport and trust.
Prior to joining the Bell Oaks team, Mr. Smith spent 11 years with INROADS, a leading international organization for developing and placing talented minority college students in business and industry and preparing them for corporate and community leadership. He most recently held the title of regional director, heading operations in the state of Florida.
His community involvement in Florida was extensive. Mr. Smith was a member of The Heart of Florida United Way Board and executive committee as diversity committee chairperson, a graduate of Leadership Orlando Class 51, selected by the Orlando Business Journal as an Up and Comer, and listed in the international edition of Who’s Who of Professionals in Business. |
