Richard A. Broock concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and partnership law, transactional work (i.e., mergers, purchases, and sales of businesses), and banking and financing law. He has extensive experience in structuring and financing business entities; negotiating and documenting financing transactions; planning and negotiating acquisitions, divestitures and mergers; and counseling in employee and executive compensation matters. He counsels both large and small business enterprises. Attending the University of Michigan, he received his B.A. in Political Science in 1968 and his J.D., cum laude, in 1971.Mr. Broock has been named since 1991 as one of the Best Lawyers in America in the Woodward/White publication of the same name. He has been named among the "Who's Who in Law" in The Dayton Business Journal. He has also been named an "Ohio Super Lawyer" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine.Mr. Broock’s professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Dayton Bar Association. |
