Richard L’Ecuyer is a Senior Director in the Philadelphia office. With nearly 30 years of corporate real estate experience, he possesses a thorough knowledge of portfolio management including property acquisition and disposition, contract negotiation, lease administration, project management, benchmarking, strategic planning, M & A due diligence and database marketing. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Rich served in management capacities with Unisys Corporation, a Fortune 500 global technology services and solutions company based in Pennsylvania. During his 18 years at Unisys he served as Director of Real Estate Operations, Corporate Director of Real Estate Asset Management, and most recently as Corporate Director of Real Estate Operations, where he managed a department responsible for a portfolio consisting of one hundred fifty (150) sites totaling six million sq. ft. Rich served as Real Estate Manager for three years with American Standard, Inc. in New York prior to joining Unisys. While at American Standard he conducted site selection, contract negotiation and program management for office space, sales/service facilities, manufacturing plants and warehouses. Rich entered the real estate industry as Managing Lease Consultant for MetLife in New York. While there he directed a program to lease the MetLife Tower Building to outside tenants and consummated over 20 leases with total rental income of $25 million. A graduate of Rutgers University, Rich holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Fordham University in New York City. He currently serves as the Committee Chairman of the Industrial Asset Management Council and is a board member of the Peter Wentz Farmstead Historical Society. |
