Rich has been working in the IT industry since 1997. He began working for one of the world’s largest gold mines (Newmont Mining Company) where he helped manage and maintain 35 servers and over 300 workstations in Elko, Nevada. In 2001, Rich and his wife started their own computer sales and service business in Elko, Nevada (PC Professionals). This is where Rich learned most of his networking and computer skills. Deciding more education would be helpful, he attended New Horizon Learning Center in Boise, Idaho and completed all of the MCSE classes. He also completed training and became A+ certified in 2003. Rich also holds multiple certifications in HP Laser Printer repair. Since Idaho was home, they sold the business and moved back to Idaho. Rich started working for Dell in Twin Falls doing phone support. While at Dell he became Dell (DCSE) certified. Wanting more of the hands on and face to face contact with clients, Rich then came to work for Duke Computer Solutions in 2004. Rich’s expertise is in networking, wiring, servers, switches, routers, VPN’s, IP Phones desktops and multiple software applications. The Duke clients keep Rich extremely busy and he’s often hard to catch enjoying any down time. Rich’s reputation among the clients is extraordinary. |
