Rex Jackson is currently Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Avago Technologies, a $1.8B provider of analog, mixed-signal and optoelectronic components serving customers in the wired and wireless communications, industrial, automotive, consumer electronics and computing markets. Prior to joining Avago, Mr. Jackson served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Synopsys, Inc. (Nasdaq: SNPS), a $1.1B provider of electronic design automation software and services to the semiconductor industry. Previously, Mr. Jackson served in a variety of senior management, legal, investment and business development roles. Mr. Jackson received his A.B. degree from Duke University, and his J.D. degree from Stanford University. |
