Ms. Swank was elected Vice President Professional Services in May 2003 after serving as Director of Professional Services since 1998. She was a Senior Consultant with Isogen International between 1996 and 1998. Prior to that she served as SGML Specialist for a large telecommunications company where she supported multiple technical publications groups distributed internationally.
Ms. Swank has over 13 years of experience in business process re-engineering and the implementation of standards-based content management and production systems for large corporations. She holds a B.S. degree from University of North Texas. |
