Dr. Renee Rogers, 55, is Global Vice President of Human Resources. She previously served as Vice President, Human Resources, Centerpulse Orthopedics, in Austin, Texas. Dr. Rogers joined Centerpulse's predecessor, Sulzer Orthopedics, in 1991. She was named Vice President, Human Resources of Sulzer Orthopedics in 1997 and Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, of Sulzer Orthopedics in 2000. She worked previously with American Airlines as well as with the University of Texas, where she served as an adjunct professor. Dr. Rogers holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Texas at Austin, a master's degree in Applied Linguistics from San Francisco State University, and a PhD in Adult and Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Austin. |
