Ms. Finley's condominium and community association practice is focused on representing builders and developers in all aspects of the structuring, creation, and operation of commercial, mixed-use, residential, marina, and water front common interest developments, including land condominiums for single and multiple residential and commercial developers and builders. Additionally, she has represented clients involving condominium conversions under state and local law. Ms. Finley has also represented developers in public and private mixed-use "Town Center" and urban infill projects involving municipalities, including the development of Rockville Town Square. Ms. Finley's transaction practice focuses on a variety of real estate matters with an emphasis on office, shopping center, retail and commercial leasing, acquisitions, sales, contract and lease administration for developers and national tenants and abstracting lease portfolios. Her transaction experience includes chain-wide roll-outs for a variety of regional and national retailers, dispositons of surplus properties, including subleases, assignment of leases and lease terminations. In addition, her transaction practice includes representing national retailers in stock and asset purchases and sales and representing nationally known clients in a variety of consumer commercial matters involving national scale compliance with statutory consumer and unfair competition laws throughout the states.
