Experience:
Reinhart Lange is a respected litigator whose practice concentrates primarily on intellectual property issues and litigation involving unfair competition. He advises clients - both domestic organizations and foreign companies with interests in Germany - regarding trademarks and the administration of trademark portfolios, unfair competition, passing off, and license agreements.
Reinhart also litigates on behalf of clients involved in disputes surrounding unfair competition and trademark issues. He has argued cases in the German Federal Supreme Courts, before the European Court of First Instance, the European Trademark Office (appellate court), and numerous District Courts.
Prior to joining the Frankfurt Office of Mayer Brown in 2001, Reinhart held senior appointments with the German law firm Gaedertz Rechtsanwälte. He is fluent in English.
