K. Reed Haywood is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the area of civil litigation with a particular emphasis in the handling of matters involving automobile and truck accident claims as well as premises liability, professional/pharmacy malpractice, product liability, and aviation throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Haywood is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association, and Pennsylvania Defense Institute. He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. Mr. Haywood graduated from Wake Forest University in 1985 with a B.A. in Psychology. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991 where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society, National Order of Barristers, and National Products Liability Moot Court Team. Mr. Haywood is a frequent lecturer to industry groups on various topics regarding insurance and litigation issues. He is also an active member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association. |
