Rebekah Clark has developed a diverse commercial litigation practice that includes representing clients in securities actions, corporate governance disputes, and antitrust matters, as well as defending international accounting firms in shareholder and federal securities class actions. Her securities and accounting-related work provides additional background for advising clients that face government and internal investigations of alleged business crimes and consumer protection violations. She also represents pro bono clients as part of Foley Hoag LLP's Domestic Violence Prevention Project and through its association with the Medical Legal Partnership for Children.
Rebekah came to Foley Hoag LLP in 2006 with significant experience in a wide range of legal applications. She was a legal intern for Massachusetts Department of Social Services, Public Policy Division, 2006. In 2005 she served a legal internship with Chief Justice Christine M. Durham, Utah Supreme Court; acted as Research Assistant for Corporate Law Professor Brett G. Scharffs, J. Reuben Clark Law School, Brigham Young University; and was a summer associate with a major national firm. In 2001, Rebekah worked as an intern for the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
