Leads the Client Accounting Services practice for BPM's Palo Alto office. Rebecca's 18 years in public accounting have been focused on private companies and family owned or owner managed businesses representative of the complexity and diversity of the Bay Area. Rebecca assists her clients with financial statement preparation, accounting, tax, and business consulting services. Start-up services include entity choice, accounting policies and procedures, systems setup, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, outside controllership, audit preparation, and management use financial statements. Rebecca also provides wind-down services for companies in liquidation.
