Professional Experience
Ms. Harrington is an associate with the Firmīs Land Use Practice Group, which provides an array of legal services regarding the development of real property. Her practice focuses on California environmental laws, entitlement procedures, land use planning, regulatory permitting and litigation, including litigation under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). She provides vital assistance to public and private sector clients in all aspects of CEQA compliance, pre-acquisition due diligence, entitlement processing and permit issuance at state and federal regulatory agencies. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harrington was an environmental and land use planner for a private consulting firm, where she provided clients with due diligence review of land use issues, processed land use permits, drafted a variety of land use plans, Environmental Impact Reports, Mitigated Negative Declarations, Negative Declarations and Environmental Assessments.
