Rebecca Grady Jennings practices in the firm’s litigation section, specializing in insurance defense, professional errors and omissions, and commercial litigation. Ms. Jennings is a proactive litigator with experience in class action litigation, franchisor-franchisee relations, personal injury claims, contract disputes, and errors and ommisions claims against attorneys and other professionals. Prior to joining Middleton Reutlinger, Ms. Jennings was law clerk to Judge William J. Haynes, Jr., United States District Judge in the Middle District of Tennessee.
