Raymond Knox, since February 2001 has been Managing Director of Andrew Knox & Co. Ltd., a Northern Ireland based manufacturer and import/export company, since November 1998 Managing Director of McOrmand Ltd., a company engage in operating gasoline stations and grocery stores and since 1975 Managing Director of Clankilvoragh Holdings Ltd, a real estate company which is also engaged in operating gasoline stations and grocery stores. From 1986-1998, Mr. Knox was Managing Director of W.G. Windrum Ltd, a specialty confectionary wholesaler and from 1972-1998 he was Managing Director of Lurgan Cash & Carry Ltd., a food and confectionary wholesaler. From 1995-1998 Mr. Knox served as a director of Sterling Ltd., a privately held buying group for groceries and wines and spirits for U.K. companies.
