Raymond Mulligan counsels higher education, public, and private clients on employment, business, real estate, and land use matters. He also offers successful jury and court trial experience in high profile state and federal litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mulligan was University Counsel in the Office of General Counsel for the California State University where he provided legal service to the Stanislaus and Dominguez Hills campuses and handled a wide range of administrative disputes and business transactions. He also served as Senior Counsel in the Office of Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, where he worked with city officials including Mayors Giuliani and Bloomberg in defending policy decisions and in successfully resolving significant litigation. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at various universities, lecturing on real estate, employment, construction law, and business law and has authored articles for several professional journals. Mr. Mulligan is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California, the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and all of the California State Courts. |
