Raymond J. Oglethorpe is currently President of Oglethorpe Holdings, LLC, a private investment company, and has served on the Board of Trustees of The George Washington University since 1999. Mr. Oglethorpe served as President of America Online, Inc. from 1992 until his retirement in 2002. Prior to that time, Mr. Oglethorpe was responsible for directing the domestic and international sales, marketing and client service organization of Redgate Communications, a subsidiary of America Online, Inc. Mr. Oglethorpe has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2000. Mr. Oglethorpe has been designated by the independent members of the Board of Directors as Lead Director of the Company. |
