Raymond Casella practices in all aspects of federal, state and local tax law matters. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing tax-exempt organizations.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Raymond was a practicing certified public accountant and a small business owner. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Hartford Preservation Alliance.
