Ray started Southern Recruiters in 1980. He has prior experience as a design, manufacturing and facility engineer and as an engineering, production, plant and general manager. His industry experience includes nuclear, chemical, metalworking and HVAC. He is a native of New Jersey and is a graduate of New Jersey Institute of Technology. He has worked in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Georgia. Ray is past President of South Carolina Association of Personnel Services (SCAPS), Director of National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), and Congress Representative for the southeastern states in Inter-City Personnel Associates (IPA). Ray handles the following disciplines: (a) Human Resources, IT, Product Design Engineers and Electrical/Electronic Engineers in all industries.
