Mr. Clift is a Division Vice President of PRO-telligent, LLC responsible for directing the Department of State Managed Services Division. Mr. Clift has over 24 years’ technical and account management experience in the computer systems and telecommunications field, in both classified and unclassified environments including 20 years supporting the Department of State. He came to PRO-telligent from CACI, where he was director of Business Development, strategic planning, and task sales for CACI’s Department of State and USAID accounts. Prior to that, he managed IT projects for Lockheed Martin’s Professional Services Group, where he worked with clients from the Department of Commerce, DOE, EPA and the NRC. |
