Raviv joined DVTel as CFO in 2005. With over 15 years of financial experience in public accounting, governmental sector and telecommunications, Mr. Shefet successfully manages DVTel’s finance and operations, contributing to it tremendous growth.He is responsible for directing an organization’s overall financial policies, oversees all financial functions including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. He plans and directs all aspects of an organization’s operational policies, objectives, initiatives and he is responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term financial and operational goals.Prior to joining DVTel, Raviv served as an acting CFO for Six SCP portfolio companies, overseeing a number of different departments in each, while, Raviv was an active participant in the daily financial operations, providing guidance on business and personnel decisions on an ongoing basis he also provided strategic direction and global coordination for the companies’ activities. Before that Raviv served as Controller for several large organizations and he began his career as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse. Raviv brings to the table a strong background in investments, budgeting control, and contract negotiations.Raviv is an Israeli CPA, and he holds Master’s degree in Business Administration with honors from Pace University of New York City. |
