Ravi has over 18 years experience in the management, development and implementation of small to large IT systems to customers globally. Ravi has in-deth knowledge of turnkey software development, product development and support, having worked with leading companies like Baan and Computer Associates. He has extensive experience in enterprise IT solution strategic planning and managing multi-site engagements. In his role as Vice President, Account Management he is responsible for managing company's customer facing operations. He will work towards delivering revenue growth across all customers, improving customer satisfaction and profitability. Ravi holds a Bachelors Degree in Science from the University of Bombay and a Diploma in Systems Management from a leading Indian Institute.
