Raúl Alarcón Jr. has been our President and a director since October 1985 and our Chief Executive Officer since June 1994. On November 2, 1999, Mr. Alarcón, Jr. became Chairman of the Board of Directors and continues as our Chief Executive Officer and President.
Mr. Alarcón, Jr. joined SBS as an account executive in 1983. Currently, Mr. Alarcón, Jr. is responsible for our long-range strategic planning and operational matters and was instrumental in the acquisition and related financing of each of our radio stations. |
