His expertise includes administrative and clerical staffing, as well as accounting and safe industrial placements providing temporary and permanent workforce solutions. With over 15 years of operations management experience and financial accountability for multiple business units, Raoul has been recognized as a results driven leader. His professional experience includes having worked with the international luxury retailer Little Switzerland, a publicly held company where he served as Vice President and Corporate Officer. Through utilizing a consultative approach to business development, Raoul has been able to meet the expectations of customers from various industries. His role at Career Blazers requires developing and implementing key initiatives designed to ensure Quality Control and, ultimately, customer satisfaction.
