Randy Ziffer is responsible for managing Xsigo's global manufacturing and distribution operations. He has over thirty years of manufacturing and supply chain management experience in the computer, data networking and telecommunications industries. Randy has held various management positions at computer companies including Wang Laboratories, Sun Microsystems and Dell Computer. At Sun, he was responsible for setting up and managing the Company's European manufacturing operation in Linlithgow, Scotland. Mr. Ziffer also successfully managed the spin-off of Sun's East Coast Manufacturing Division, which became Mack Technologies (a contract manufacturer). As President of Mack Technologies, he grew the business to over $300 million in three years. More recently, Randy held the position of Vice President of Operations at data networking and telecommunications start-up companies including Ipsilon Networks, Calient Networks, and Atrica. He has extensive international business experience, with seven years of expatriate assignments in England, Scotland and Singapore. Mr. Ziffer studied Engineering Management at Boston University. |
