Randy Markey is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Capital Acceleration Partners and brings a blend of entrepreneurial and professional management experience to the team. Since the founding of the firm, he has served in a number of active management (CEO, COO, CMO) and advisory roles in a variety of industries. He has overseen the growth, performance improvement, operational restructuring and turnaround of firms in manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and financial services with a focus on companies in the middle market. Prior to the founding of the firm, he was Managing Director of a leading restructuring consulting firm in the mid-west and chaired the firm's Growth Strategies practice. Randy also served as the Director of Market Strategy and Business Development in the Bristol-Myers Squibb WWBC Group at its Matrix Essentials division where he served on the North American Operating Committee and was responsible for business development activities for North America. Randy currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Phylogy, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA; as a director of LVH Holdings in New York, NY, and as a director of Airserco in Cleveland, OH. Achievements Non-executive Chairman of Geotrac Holdings, a risk management services company in Norwalk, OH Actively engaged in the community through involvement with Cleveland Social Venture Partners (board), Suicide Prevention Education Alliance, The Fund for our Economic Future (Funders Committee) and the Sogg Foundation (board) Frequently published by leading industry institutions, including: The Journal of Private Equity, The Association for Corporate Growth, The American Management Association, The Turnaround Management Association and the Institute for International Research.
