Randall Folts has been with the company since 2004. With more than 20 years of experience in the homebuilding industry, Randy came to SelectBuild from a large homebuilder as national vice president of construction where he was responsible for regional, divisional and national production-related activities, and American Continental Corporation, where he managed commercial and industrial building projects. While with his previous company, Randy received recognition in Presidents Bush’s 2000 Energy Plan as building the best performing production home in the world by the Department of Energy’s Building America Program. Randy holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and business management from Western Michigan University. |
