Randy L. Kummer is senior vice president-human resources of Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. He is responsible for all people practices across the Company, including labor relations and information technology.
Mr. Kummer joined Cleveland-Cliffs in 2000 as vice president-human resources. Prior to that, he was vice president-human resources, government and public affairs for Kennecott Energy Company, a division of Rio Tinto. Before joining Kennecott, he served in human resources management positions with FMC Corporation, ASARCO, and Baker Hughes Corporation.
Mr. Kummer is a member of the National Mining Association's Human Resources Committee and has served as a director of the Wyoming Mining Association. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Utah State University and a Master of Science in Human and Organizational Development from the University of Utah |
