Randy J. Hendricks was named president, Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services in February 2005. He was named a senior vice president by the Board in April 2006 and has served as an officer since February 2005.
Global Outsourcing and Infrastructure Services provides a broad range of services to clients around the world, including:
Business process outsourcing which covers services in check and remittance processing, insurance, mortgage, and health care administration.
Information technology outsourcing which focuses on desktop and end user support, network management, mobile solutions, and data center operations.
Technology support and maintenance which is IT infrastructure maintenance and related support services for Unisys and multi-vendor technologies in distributed computing environments, and private label maintenance services on behalf of technology companies such as Dell, EMC, and Lexmark.
These practices deliver services and technology-based solutions that enable clients to provide improved service, reduce costs and deliver innovation to their customers.
Prior to his current role, Randy was based in London and led the Unisys Public Sector practice in the 26 countries in which Unisys does business in the United Kingdom, Continental Europe and Asia Pacific regions.
Before joining Unisys, Randy served as the President and CEO of Digite, a Silicon Valley based software company that developed integrated applications for software lifecycle management. Ultimately responsible for the company, Randy raised capital, redirected strategies, doubled revenue and redefined the culture to one of accountability and customer satisfaction. Randy led the sale of the company in 2001.
Before his tenure at Unisys and Digite, Randy was with Arthur Andersen & Co. and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) for 20 years. As a Managing Partner, Randy developed a $400 million global enterprise resource planning practice and created mutually profitable strategic alliances and solutions centers with leading software companies. Randy also served as a Managing Partner in Andersen Consulting’s government services practice. He was a member of their Global Leadership Council, participating in the development of corporate strategy and new operating models.
Randy holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Administration and minor in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
