Randy Bank is a partner in the Bricker & Eckler LLP education group and chairs the firm's mental retardation/development disabilities group. He practices education law and MR/DD law and public sector labor law, emphasizing collective bargaining, contract interpretation and administration, grievance arbitration, employment and personnel matters, and student issues.
