Randy D. Rinicella has been our Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2005 and has been designated as our Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Rinicella was a shareholder at the national law firm of Buchanan Ingersoll PC from January 2004 until April 2005. He was a member of the firm's corporate finance practice group and managing partner of the Cleveland Ohio office. From March 2002 until January 2004, Mr. Rinicella was a partner at the law firm of Roetzel & Andress. Previously, Mr. Rinicella was with the law firm of Reminger & Reminger as a partner from January 1999 until March 2002, and as an associate from March 1995 to January 1999, and was Senior Corporate Counsel at Reliance Electric Company from October 1990 until March 1995. Mr. Rinicella earned a BS in Management from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a JD from the Cleveland Marshall College of Law and an MBA from the Nance College of Business Administration at Cleveland State University. |
