Randy Sparks concentrates his practice in employment litigation, representing clients in employment discrimination, sexual harassment, breach of employment contract, unemployment compensation, and wage and hour claims before various state and federal courts and administrative agencies. He also advises clients on lawful employment practices and other workplace issues.
Randy is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Claims Court.
During law school he was a member of the William & Mary Law Review.
