Mr. Lathrop was formerly a Managing Director in GE Capital's Private Equity and Capital Markets divisions for ten years, and for three years until March 2003 he was President of a $200 million dollar private equity fund for Japanese investments. The fund, based in Tokyo, Japan, was 50% owned by GE Capital. He has over twenty years experience in international banking and investments, principally in the areas of Capital Markets and Financial Advisory services. He received a BA in Biology from Reed College and completed coursework for his Masters in International Business and Finance at the Fletcher School, Tufts University. |
