Mr. Williams is President and Chief Executive Officer of LSB and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lafayette Savings. Mr. Williams was appointed to the Board of Directors of LSB in September 2001. He was appointed President of LSB in September 2001 and Chief Executive Officer in January 2002. Mr. Williams served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Delaware Place Bank in Chicago, Illinois from 1996 until joining LSB. Mr. Williams has over 25 years of banking-related experience.
