Randi Rubin focuses her practice on all aspects of negotiation and documentation of commercial real estate and finance transactions, including transactions involving acquisitions, sales and development of commercial property, commercial financing transactions, office and retail leasing and public-private development projects.
Before joining the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, Ms. Rubin served as General Counsel of an artificial turf company, where she was responsible for the company’s legal affairs, including negotiating and drafting contracts (involving construction, finance, real estate, intellectual property, marketing and employment), maintaining and filing corporate records, monitoring and enforcing intellectual property rights, human resource issues and resolving day-to-day business issues and litigation, and managing outside legal counsel.
From 1998 to July 2005, Ms. Rubin was a member of Klehr Harrison’s Litigation Department and concentrated her practice in complex commercial litigation, focusing on disputes involving real estate and finance, intellectual property, trade secrets and employment law. Ms. Rubin also has extensive experience representing clients in the real estate, entertainment, technology and insurance industries with general corporate affairs and business transactions.
