Randy takes NuView's vision and turns it into reality. A truly incisive and sharp mind, Randy formulates constructs and plans every product for NuView. He and his team of Product Managers and Engineers consistently make the seemingly impossible into the ordinary with a simple elegance that has become the trademark of all NuView Products.
Randy worked at Williams Thatcher and Rand, a benefits consulting firm, prior to moving to PSSO, where he met Shafiq. He designed the flexible spending accounts module for both companies before designing and implementing a fully functional HRIS in Revelation.
In 1994, he and Shafiq launched NuView Systems and released NuView's first product, HR: Expert Suite! In 1996, Randy recognized that an HR solution using the Internet would provide an exceptional platform for the delivery of HR information and services. With that visionary idea, he developed and delivered the industry's first Web-native HR solution, MyHRIS.
Since then, new protocols and technologies, as well as client ideas, led Randy and his team to release NuViewHR in March of 2005. Building on the past success of prior versions, NuViewHR architecture allows clients to change virtually any aspect of the system using the underlying toolset (NuViewTools), while leveraging advanced capabilities such as web services and advanced workflows, for enhanced productivity on a global basis. |
