Randall Lambert had over twenty years of restructuring experience. Randall has led over 40 restructuring assignments with over $100 billion of debt restructured and over $23 billion of assets sold. The Daily Deal ranked Randall the #1 overall restructuring advisor in the first and second quarters of 2005 and #1 in creditor assignments and the #2 restructuring professional during 2004. Notable assignments include Adelphia Communications, Refco, and Global Crossing. Randall has represented all types of constituencies involved in restructuring ranging from companies and security holders out-of-court to debtors, both official and ad hoc committees of creditors, and equity holders in bankruptcy. Randall has been involved in restructurings on five continents. He has testified as an expert witness in numerous cases and jurisdictions. Randall served as liquidating trustee for Alliance Entertainment and PSINet and is currently the litigation trustee for Paragon Trade Brands. He has served on the board of directors of two publicly-traded companies. For eight years, Randall was a Managing Director at Chanin Capital Partners in charge of their New York and London offices. Randall was Managing Director and Co-Founder of Chanin Kirland Messina’s trading operation, specializing in distressed and special situation securities. Randall was responsible for the management of its hedge fund, Aurel Capital. Randall is a C.F.A and C.P.A. He received his M.B.A. degree from Northwestern University Graduate School of Management and a B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. |
